This Privacy Policy explains how Ders Notları Havuzum ("the Application", "we", "us", or "our"), an independent application developed by Yunus Gündüz in Türkiye, handles your information. The Application lets you photograph your lecture notes or pick them from your gallery and organize them by course and topic. It is free to use and supported by ads. On Android there are no in-app purchases. On iOS an optional one-time "lifetime" Premium purchase (processed by the Apple App Store) removes ads and adds PDF export and sharing of your notes; all other features stay free. There are no subscriptions.
iOS: The Application asks for camera access only when you choose to take a photo. Choosing from the gallery uses the system photo picker, which gives the Application only the photo you pick. Your notes are stored in the Application's storage on your device and, like other app data, may be included in your device backup (iCloud or computer) if backups are turned on; we never receive them. A PDF you export is created on your device and goes only where you send it.
Summary: Your note photos and the course and topic names you enter are stored only in the Application's private storage on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers or shared with anyone. The Application does not request camera or storage permissions. It shows ads from Google AdMob, which may process device and usage data as described below. We do not have accounts and we do not sell data.

The Application lets you add lecture notes in two ways:
Photos and the course and topic names you enter are kept only in the Application's private storage. They are not uploaded to our servers, not sent to any third party and not used for advertising. The Application does not request camera, storage or media-library permissions on Android; it relies on the system camera app and the Android Photo Picker. The system camera app is provided by your device manufacturer or another app you have installed, and its handling of photos is governed by its own privacy policy.
Deleting a note in the Application removes its photo from the Application's storage. Uninstalling the Application deletes all of its photos and course and topic names from your device.
The Application shows ads provided by Google AdMob (Google LLC). The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
This data is used for ad delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. The ads SDK does not receive the photos or the course and topic names you store in the Application. If the Application encounters an unexpected crash or error, it may send a short report to our own server at yunusgunduz.com so we can fix the problem. Reports are sent only when such an error occurs. A report may contain:
Reports do not contain your photos, your notes, your course or topic names, or an account. Your IP address is not stored in readable form: it is combined with a secret value and stored as a one-way hash, which is used only to limit how many reports a single source can send per hour. Reports are used only to fix bugs and are not shared with third parties or used for advertising.
The Application has a feedback option that opens our contact page (yunusgunduz.com/contact.php) in your browser. The page is pre-filled with the Application name, app version, device model and operating system version so we can understand your message. Your photos and notes are never included. If you write a message and optionally provide contact details such as an email address, we receive and store that message together with these details in order to reply to you. We use it only to respond to your feedback.
The Application is not directed to children under 13. For users identified as children through Google's settings, ads are not personalized.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application or store requirements change. The latest version will always be available at:

iOS: Uygulama kamera iznini yalnızca fotoğraf çekmeyi seçtiğinizde ister. Galeriden seçim sistemin fotoğraf seçicisini kullanır ve Uygulamaya yalnızca seçtiğiniz fotoğrafı verir. Notlarınız cihazınızdaki uygulama depolamasında saklanır ve diğer uygulama verileri gibi, yedekleme açıksa cihaz yedeğinize (iCloud veya bilgisayar) dahil olabilir; bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz. Fotoğraflar ve girdiğiniz ders ile konu adları yalnızca Uygulamanın özel depolama alanında tutulur. Sunucularımıza yüklenmez, üçüncü bir tarafa gönderilmez ve reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz. Uygulama Android'de kamera, depolama veya medya kütüphanesi izni istemez; sistem kamera uygulamasına ve Android Fotoğraf Seçici'ye dayanır. Sistem kamera uygulaması cihaz üreticiniz veya yüklediğiniz başka bir uygulama tarafından sağlanır ve fotoğrafları işleme biçimi kendi gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Uygulamada bir notu silmek, notun fotoğrafını Uygulamanın depolama alanından kaldırır. Uygulamayı kaldırmak, tüm fotoğraflarını ve ders ile konu adlarını cihazınızdan siler.
Uygulama, Google AdMob (Google LLC) tarafından sağlanan reklamları gösterir. Google Mobile Ads SDK'sı şunları toplayıp işleyebilir:

Uygulama beklenmedik bir çökme veya hatayla karşılaşırsa, sorunu düzeltebilmemiz için yunusgunduz.com üzerindeki kendi sunucumuza kısa bir rapor gönderebilir. Raporlar yalnızca böyle bir hata oluştuğunda gönderilir. Bir rapor şunları içerebilir:
Raporlar fotoğraflarınızı, notlarınızı, ders veya konu adlarınızı ya da bir hesabı içermez. IP adresiniz okunabilir biçimde saklanmaz: gizli bir değerle birleştirilip tek yönlü bir özet (hash) olarak saklanır ve yalnızca bir kaynağın saatte gönderebileceği rapor sayısını sınırlamak için kullanılır. Raporlar yalnızca hataları düzeltmek için kullanılır; üçüncü taraflarla paylaşılmaz veya reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz.
Uygulamanın geri bildirim seçeneği, tarayıcınızda iletişim sayfamızı (yunusgunduz.com/contact.php) açar. Sayfa, mesajınızı anlayabilmemiz için Uygulama adı, uygulama sürümü, cihaz modeli ve işletim sistemi sürümüyle önceden doldurulur. Fotoğraflarınız ve notlarınız hiçbir zaman dahil edilmez. Bir mesaj yazar ve isterseniz e-posta adresi gibi iletişim bilgisi verirseniz, bu mesajı ve bilgileri size yanıt verebilmek için alır ve saklarız. Yalnızca geri bildiriminize yanıt vermek için kullanırız.
Uygulama 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Google ayarlarına göre çocuk olarak tanımlanan kullanıcılara kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmez.
