By downloading, installing, or using Bullet in Pipe (the “Application”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Application. These Terms form an agreement between you and Yunus Gündüz, an independent developer based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
For iOS devices, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies. For Android devices, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. If these Terms conflict with the store’s terms regarding purchases, the store’s terms prevail.
Bullet in Pipe is a mobile game.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to install and use the Application for your own personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You may not:
The Application is free on Android and iOS and is supported by advertisements only. It has no in-app purchases, no Premium and no subscriptions.
The Application shows a banner advertisement at the bottom of the screen and optional rewarded video advertisements served by Google AdMob. Levels 1–30 are available from the start; the level packs 31–50, 51–75, 76–90 and 91–100 each unlock after you choose to watch one rewarded video. Unlocked packs stay unlocked on your device. You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. In particular, you must not:
The game is provided for entertainment only. Gameplay, scores, and features may change over time.
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://yunusgunduz.com/pp/bullet-in-pipe-privacy-policy.html. Please review it to understand how information is handled.
To the extent permitted by law, the Application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Application is limited to the amount you paid for the Application or the relevant purchase in the 12 months before the claim. Mandatory consumer rights under Turkish law, including Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, and your rights under the local law where you live are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Application after the updated Terms are published means you accept them.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

Bullet in Pipe uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) indirerek, kurarak veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını (“Koşullar”) kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın. Bu Koşullar, Türkiye’de yaşayan bağımsız geliştirici Yunus Gündüz (“biz”) ile sizin aranızdaki bir sözleşmedir.
iOS cihazlarda Apple’ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) da geçerlidir. Android cihazlarda Google Play Hizmet Şartları da geçerlidir. Bu Koşullar, satın almalarla ilgili mağaza şartlarıyla çelişirse mağaza şartları geçerli olur.

Size, Uygulamayı kendinize ait veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlara kurmak ve kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmak için kişisel ve devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Aşağıdakileri yapamazsınız:
Uygulama Android ve iOS’ta ücretsizdir ve yalnızca reklamlarla desteklenir. Uygulama içi satın alma, Premium veya abonelik içermez.
Uygulamada ekranın altında bir banner reklam ve Google AdMob aracılığıyla isteğe bağlı ödüllü video reklamlar gösterilir. 1–30. seviyeler baştan açıktır; 31–50, 51–75, 76–90 ve 91–100. seviye paketlerinin her biri, izlemeyi seçtiğiniz bir ödüllü videodan sonra açılır. Açılan paketler cihazınızda açık kalır. Reklamlar satın alımla kaldırılamaz. Uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve bu Koşullara uygun şekilde kullanmayı kabul edersiniz. Özellikle şunları yapmamalısınız:
Oyun yalnızca eğlence amacıyla sunulur. Oynanış, puanlar ve özellikler zaman içinde değişebilir.

Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Uygulama “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut olduğu şekilde” sunulur; belirli bir amaca uygunluk dahil, açık veya zımni hiçbir garanti verilmez.
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulamayla ilgili herhangi bir talep için toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki 12 ay içinde Uygulama veya ilgili satın alma için ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır. Türk hukukundaki zorunlu tüketici hakları (6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun dahil) ve yaşadığınız yerdeki yerel yasalardan doğan haklarınız bu düzenlemeden etkilenmez.
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel Koşullar, yeni yürürlük tarihiyle birlikte bu sayfada yayımlanır. Güncellenmiş Koşullar yayımlandıktan sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, bunları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu Koşullar, yaşadığınız yerde geçerli olan zorunlu tüketici korumalarına halel getirmeksizin Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
