Privacy Policy for Exercise Form Guide

1. Information We Collect

The Exercise Form Guide app is designed to respect your privacy. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) from our users. The app operates entirely locally on your device for displaying exercise instructions. The Android version also shows advertisements, described in section 3.

2. Third-Party Services

Our app utilizes embedded YouTube (Google) video players to demonstrate exercise forms. When you view videos within the app, YouTube may collect usage data, device information, and set cookies in accordance with their own privacy policies.

3. Advertisements

The free version of the app on Android and iOS shows a banner and, only when you choose "Watch a video", a rewarded video that opens one exercise for 24 hours (up to 3 times a day). Ads are served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process your advertising ID and other device identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic information such as crash logs and performance data. This data is used for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

Consent: Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and other regions where it is required are asked for consent through Google's consent form (User Messaging Platform, "UMP"). You can change your choice at any time from the privacy options in the app's settings, where available.
Device controls: You can reset or delete your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings. On Android: Settings → Google → Ads. On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Android purchases: The optional one-time lifetime Premium purchase is processed by Google Play; the developer does not receive your payment card details. The app needs the Google Play billing permission (com.android.vending.BILLING) for it.

iOS: The iOS version may offer optional in-app purchases and subscriptions. These are processed by the Apple App Store, and the developer does not receive your payment card details. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

4. Location Data

We do not request, collect, or access your precise location. Google AdMob may derive approximate location from your IP address for ad delivery, as described in section 3.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
